Four-rotor UAV fuselage

The four rotor UAV is divided into three parts: left rotor, right rotor and fuselage. Each part is formed separately and made of carbon fiber as a whole. The product thickness is only 0.5mm and the overall weight is only 680g. The rotor adopts the sandwich structure of PMI foam carbon fiber, which improves the structural strength of the product and reduces the weight. The fuselage is a 0.5mm carbon fiber body, which is shaped as a whole, as thin as a cicada's wings and as firm as a rock. The product is made by molding process. In order to ensure the integrity of the product, the mold is designed as a multi module structure, consisting of more than 50 module units.
