The IR20-640 uncooled infrared micro-camera adopts an uncooled infrared focal plane detector, which is suitable for long-wave infrared (8~14μm) radiation imaging. The focal plane array material uses VOx. The camera features an extremely compact form factor, lighter weight, and lower power consumption. Equipped with self-developed algorithms, the product offers ultra-low latency, supports serial communication and BT656 video output, and boasts high compatibility. It can adapt to different applications, providing a comprehensive infrared imaging solution for various scenarios such as UAVs, telescopes, helmet- mounted night-vision system, infrared assisted driving, and rifle scopes.
