SW6034D0 is a high-speed three-phase half-bridge gate driver specifically designed for multirotor and FPV motor control applications, used to drive high-side configured N-channel power MOSFETs. It features a 60V operating voltage, a maximum drive capability of 4A, and integrated bootstrap diodes. The 4A peak sink/source drive current effectively shortens MOSFET turn-on time, reduces switching losses, significantly lowers MOSFET heat generation, and expands the range of optional MOSFET specifications. Meanwhile, the integrated bootstrap diodes minimize peripheral PCB components. SW6034D0 integrates three sets of high-side and low-side Schmitt trigger inputs, along with three output channels with internal adaptive dead-time to prevent shoot-through current. The output stage incorporates balanced sink-source circuits for optimized EMI performance. High-side and low-side outputs are independently controlled by respective inputs, and the high-side circuitry is equipped with under-voltage lockout protection. Packaged in a 24-pin form factor, it features dedicated power and GND pins to facilitate PCB routing, suppress electromagnetic interference and enhance system stability.
