RISC ESC MCU with Integrated Gate Pre-driver

SW32MTV4DK8U6 is a highly integrated SOC solution specially designed for multi-rotor and FPV motor control applications. It internally integrates a 32-bit industrial-grade general-purpose microcontroller with an open-source RISC-V architecture core, a 60V-resistant three-phase N-channel half-bridge gate driver and bootstrap diodes.Boasting a maximum CPU operating frequency of 144 MHz with zero-wait state operation, the device supports up to 64KB Flash memory and 20KB SRAM. The gate driver features 4A driving capability and built-in load-adaptive dead-time control circuit.Operating at -40℃ to +85℃, it is mainly applied to high-speed brushless motor control. Featuring highly integrated functions and compact size, it adopts a QFN32 4×4mm package, which further reduces PCB footprint, peripheral components and PCBA weight.
