QF32MTF4AK8U7 is a highly integrated System-on-Chip (SOC) product solution specifically designed for multi-rotor and FPV (First-Person View) motor control applications. The chip internally integrates a controller based on the ARM® Cortex™-M4 core with a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) instruction set, as well as three N-channel half-bridge gate drivers with a voltage withstand capacity of 100V. The controller features a CPU operating speed of up to 120MHz and a built-in Digital Signal Processor (DSP), supporting a maximum of 64KB Flash memory and 16KB Random Access Memory (SRAM). The driver has a driving capability of 1000mA (sink and source current), and is equipped with a built-in anti-breakdown circuit and dead-time protection circuit, with a typical dead-time of 200ns. The product operates within a temperature range of -40~105℃ and is mainly used for high-speed brushless motor control. This integrated solution can effectively reduce the size of the circuit board and the weight of the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly).
