Soccer Drone

Drone soccer is an emerging international sport that combines technology and sports. Participants wirelessly control spherical drones to simulate offensive and defensive actions in soccer, engaging in 3v3 or 5v5 matches. This sport integrates elements such as electronic technology, sports competition, and teamwork, making it highly suitable for young people. It significantly enhances their technological proficiency, hands-on skills, and the spirit of perseverance and courage. Drone soccer has now been included in various domestic and international competitions. Among them, three are listed in the Ministry of Education’s White List competitions: the National Youth Drone Competition, the "Fly to Beijing, Fly to Space" National Youth Aerospace Education Competition, and the Spherical Drone Combat event of the FTF Youth Drone Competition under the WRC. In addition, there are events such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Drone Championship and drone soccer competitions organized by various regions and institutions, which are increasingly popular among teachers and students. Furthermore, drone soccer has been incorporated into the National Games of China.
