PA12+CF

PA12+CF is a eSUN self-developed material based on PA12, it added 15% carbon fiber, greatly enhance the strength, rigidity, toughness of nylon, and can be used in many applications instead of metal. PA12+CF has low water absorption rate, the size of the printed part is less affected by humidity and temperature. Self-lubrication and wear resistance making it suitable for printing gears. PA12+CF has high temperature resistance, helping it survived from the continuous use (temperature can reach 120℃) and short-term printing (temperature can reach 160℃). Low shrinkage rate, printing is not easy to warp edge and cracking, printing items surface matte fine.
