Type GTH Friction Damping Vibration Isolator adopts mechanical friction damping. Its overall structure consists of a metal housing, axial springs, lateral springs and friction damping materials. It features excellent performance in corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, high and low temperature resistance, fatigue resistance, humidity resistance, organic solution resistance and mold resistance. The axial spring of the isolator is a conical spring with nonlinear elasticity, providing superior impact resistance. The friction damping structure is characterized by adaptive variable damping: high damping in the resonance region effectively suppresses resonance amplification, while low damping in the vibration isolation region ensures excellent vibration isolation effect. With a wide operating frequency range, it can achieve vibration isolation in arbitrary directions. It is suitable for equipment vibration isolation under severe vibration environments and can be applied to the vibration isolation and buffering systems of equipment on platforms such as aerospace, aviation, ships and vehicles. It can be installed in upright, inverted or lateral orientations.
