SMD Bullet

The “Bullet-Head” ultralight aircraft is a single-seat electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft developed by Shenzhen SMD-UAV. It is designed mainly for personal recreation, pilot training, and aerial sightseeing. The airframe is constructed from carbon fiber and aviation-grade aluminum alloy, offering both light weight and high structural strength. Powered by a six-axis multirotor propulsion system and high-density lithium-polymer batteries, it delivers stable and reliable performance. The aircraft provides an expansive field of view and is equipped with an integrated emergency parachute system, ensuring outstanding safety. It also features strong wind-resistance capabilities, maintaining stable flight even in Level-6 wind conditions. The pilot can freely switch between manual and autonomous flight modes, enabling both hands-on control enjoyment and effortless operation. The aircraft is fitted with an integrated avionics display, providing comprehensive situational awareness, and features an ergonomically designed control stick, allowing beginners to learn to fly in under 10 minutes. With its relatively low overall cost, the aircraft achieves the design goal of “easy to fly and affordable for everyone.”
