This product is a wide‑voltage air‑cooled fuel cell system controller (FCU), designed specifically for small‑to‑medium‑sized industrial UAVs and long‑endurance hybrid power platforms. It integrates three core functional modules and features fault diagnostics and software‑programmable logic, significantly improving system integration and lightweight design while meeting high‑power, wide‑adaptation requirements. DCF Buck/Boost Module – Focuses on wide voltage adaptation. Input voltage range: 10–130 V; output adjustable bus voltage: 10–130 V; maximum power: 5000 W. Flexibly compatible with different fuel cell stacks and energy storage batteries, offering strong adaptability. DCL Buck Module – Converts bus voltage to stable 24 V (≤50 W) and 12 V (≤30 W), fully covering the power supply needs of flight controllers, mission payloads, servos, data links, navigation lights, and other onboard equipment. Logic Control Module – Integrates 8‑channel PT1000 temperature acquisition (accuracy ±1 °C), pressure acquisition, PWM driver output, CAN bus communication, and fault diagnosis. With software‑programmable logic control, it precisely monitors system operating status and ensures stable operation under high‑power conditions.
