6~18GHz 100W CW Power Amplifier

The SSPAM06001800P50 from Haoyi Technologies.The power amplifier adopts GaN MMIC technology, integrates DC/DC power management system, power acquisition circuit, standing wave protection circuit, overtemperature and overvoltage and other amplifier management circuits, adopts high-efficiency synthesis network integration, and the internal module is fully hermetically sealed. In the range of 6~18GHz frequency band, the continuous wave output power is greater than 50dBm,and the harmonic surpression is more than 18dBc. The module has the characteristics of high synthesis efficiency and typical PAE is about 13% , good reliability and easy to use.
