The SSPAM02001800P48 from Haoyi Technologies.The power amplifier adopts GaN MMIC technology, integrates DC/DC power management system, power acquisition circuit, standing wave protection circuit, overtemperature and overvoltage and other amplifier management circuits, adopts high-efficiency synthesis network integration, and the internal module is fully hermetically sealed. In the range of 2~18GHz frequency band, the continuous wave output power is greater than 49dBm,and the harmonic surpression is more than 12dBc. The module has the characteristics of high synthesis efficiency and typical PAE is about 10% , good reliability and easy to use.
