The SSPA220GP23 from Haoyi Technologies is a TEST Amplifier System with a frequency range of 210-220 GHz. The power amplifier adopts GaN MMIC technology and can work in CW/Pulse Mode. This amplifier system has a gain of 42-48 dB and a saturated output power of 37 dBm. The amplifier system has a spurious of -60 dBc It requires a power supply of 180-264 VAC and has a power consumption of 110W.
