75~110GHz 5W CW Solid State Power Amplifier

The SSPA750011000P37CW from Haoyi Technologies is a TEST Amplifier System with a frequency range of 75-110 GHz. The power amplifier adopts GaN MMIC technology and can work in CW/Pulse Mode. This amplifier system has a gain of 45-50 dB and a saturated output power of 37 dBm. The amplifier system has a spurious of -60 dBc It requires a power supply of 180-264 VAC and has a power consumption of 250W. Forcing air-cooling system was bulit in and is suitalbe for laboratory test.
