40~60GHz/50~75GHz 10W CW Solid State Power Amplifier

The SSPA40006000P40CW(SSPA50007500P40CW) from Haoyi Technologies is a TEST Amplifier System with a frequency range of 40-60 GHz(option 50~75GHz). The power amplifier adopts GaN MMIC technology and can work in CW/Pulse Mode. This amplifier system has a gain of 45-50 dB and a saturated output power of 40 dBm. The amplifier system has a spurious of -60 dBc It requires a power supply of 180-264 VAC and has a power consumption of 150W. Forcing air-cooling system was bulit in and is suitalbe for laboratory test.
