2~18GHz/18~40GHz 10W CW Solid State Power Amplifier

The SSPA02001800P40CW(SSPA18004000P40CW) from Haoyi Technologies is a TEST Amplifier System with a frequency range of 2-18 GHz(option 18~40GHz). The power amplifier adopts GaN MMIC technology and can work in CW/Pulse Mode. This amplifier system has a gain of 45-50 dB and a saturated output power of 40 dBm. The amplifier system has a spurious of -60 dBc and harmonica surpression of 14dBc. It requires a power supply of 180-264 VAC and has a power consumption of 70W. Forcing air-cooling system was bulit in and is suitalbe for laboratory test.
