2-Station Precision Wire Arrangement & Winding Machine

Both the main motor and precise wire arranging mechanism motor adopt servo motors, equipped with a high-speed motion controller system. The machine uses Airtac linear guides and TBI ball screws, together with a fly fork fitted with a timing pulley locking structure, ensuring outstanding operating accuracy, high efficiency, stable quality and wide applicability, featuring simple operation. It supports single-strand / multi-strand winding. Single-strand winding delivers densely and neatly arranged coils. For thick wire gauge winding, an air cylinder can be added to clamp and protect the iron core, preventing mould shaking during the whole winding process and maintaining consistent stable quality. Fully automatic functions: automatic winding, automatic wire arranging, automatic corner rotation and automatic wire trimming.
