Ultrasonic flowmeter

When the agricultural protection drones are spraying pesticides, they need to monitor in real time whether the pesticide spraying flow is uniform in order to achieve precise spraying. Currently, there are electromagnetic flowmeters available on the market, but these flowmeters do not provide consistent flow rates when detecting different pesticide concentrations or types; the market also has turbine flowmeters, but they are prone to wear. The TRUFM-1/2/2H is a non-contact high-precision ultrasonic radar with excellent accuracy. It does not alter the flow state of the fluid nor cause pressure loss. It is particularly adept at measuring strong corrosive pesticides. At the same time, it is more convenient to install, easier to maintain, and has a long service life. The TRUFM-1/2/2H achieves a flow detection accuracy of better than 3% by using an ultra-high frequency ultrasonic probe and ingenious structural design. They add a temperature compensation circuit and use algorithms to compensate for temperature changes because there is no need for regular temperature calibration. At the same time, it can resist noise and high-speed vibration, making it well-suited for the application of agricultural protection drones. The TRUFM-1/2/2H has a towerhead design at both ends, making it easier to install and ensuring better detection accuracy. The TRUFM-1 is a single pipe, the TRUFM-2 is a double pipe, and the TRUFM-2H is a large pipe with high flow rate and a double pipe.
