TR360-3/4-60 is a 60GHz ISM band 360-degree rotating active phased array MIMO 4D imaging point cloud radar. It achieves ultra-high sensitivity through the active phased array method and can detect a 1cm thick wire or rope from over 20 meters away. TR360-3-60 is a vertically installed 360*135 (horizontal*tilt) point cloud radar with a distance range of up to 40 meters. Its tilt FOV can reach 135 degrees (-45 to 90 degrees). It can accurately detect the distance, direction, height, and speed information of moving and static obstacles in the 360-degree direction around the radar through 360-degree rotation and output it in the form of high-density point clouds at up to hundreds of thousands of points per second, helping customers achieve high-precision mapping and ultimately realize 360-degree obstacle avoidance, fully autonomous obstacle circumvention, and unmanned flight. TR360-4-60 is a horizontally installed 60*360 (horizontal*tilt) point cloud radar with a distance range of up to 40 meters. Its tilt FOV can reach 360 degrees, enabling precise all-round terrain detection and the ability to detect and climb over or circumvent large trees, high slopes, or high-voltage lines. Both can be connected to IMU data to monitor the radar's attitude information in real time. This ensures accurate mapping relative to the earth coordinate system even when the radar's installation attitude is inconsistent or the attitude angle of the drone or robot changes, by calculating the attitude angle. The wireless charging, ultra-high-speed wireless transmission, and brushless motor modules they use are all custom-made and compact, achieving high performance while maintaining a small size. This also makes the rotating radar stronger, more durable, and longer-lasting. Compared to dual cameras or multi-line LiDAR, they have the following advantages: 1. 360-degree all-round detection; 2. Unaffected by water mist, dust, or strong light, stable and reliable; 3. Controllable cost and high cost performance.
