It adopts the newly developed hybrid-stacked integrated Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) technology and VCSEL lasers, utilizing the dToF (direct Time-of-Flight) ranging principle to output 3D images. It can be used for UAV altitude stabilization and leveling, assisted focusing, security surveillance, navigation and obstacle avoidance, and other applications.
