Fierce eagle
Category: Parts & Components
Model: DB442型重油发动机
The DB442 heavy oil piston aero-engine adopts technologies such as an opposed structure, an efficient and reliable combustion system, high-pressure common rail technology, a high-pressure ratio supercharging system, a lightweight design, and full authority digital control. It has the following application characteristics: 1. Autonomy/Localization: The "Martial Eagle" heavy oil aero-engine is independently designed by Hangrui Power, with 100% independent intellectual property rights and 100% localization. It inherits the application characteristics of the 120kW-class "Skylark" heavy oil aero-engine. 2. Low Cost: Compared with the currently imported heavy oil engines and domestic turbines of the same power level, after mass production, it has the characteristics of low procurement cost, low maintenance cost, and low operation cost. It has significant competitiveness in terms of the ton-kilometer cost of large-tonnage transport aircraft and is especially suitable for the commercial applications in the civil low-altitude economy. 3. High-altitude Performance: The power of the single-stage supercharged version does not decay at an altitude of 5,000 meters, and the power of the two-stage supercharged version does not decay at an altitude of 6,000 meters, supporting takeoff and landing at high altitudes and plateaus, with an extreme altitude of up to 12,000 meters. It can cover all application scenarios in plains and plateaus. 4. High Power-to-Weight Ratio: The takeoff power is 300-320kW, which can support the power requirements of 1.5-3-ton-class helicopters and 3.0-5-ton-class fixed-wing aircraft. 5. Wide Range of Environmental Applications: Stable power output can be achieved in various environments ranging from -40°C to +70°C. It adopts a platform-based full authority electronic control system, which can sense the changes in the external environment in real time and adaptively adjust the stable power output. 6. Heavy Oil Fuel: Using heavy oil fuel meets the fuel requirements of both civil and military applications. It has the characteristics of fuel normalization, convenient support, no deterioration during long-term storage, and high safety in use. It can be applied to fields such as plateau-type/shipborne fixed-wing drones, unmanned helicopters, large-load transportation and delivery, and ground-effect wing ships.
