Model: GB409型汽油发动机

The "Lark" GB409 model is a horizontally opposed, four-cylinder, two-stroke air-cooled gasoline piston engine independently developed by Hangrui Power. It adopts the manifold electronically controlled injection fuel supply method and has self-starting function (an integrated starter and generator and a reduction gearbox can be optionally configured). It has the following application characteristics: 1. High power. Compared with a two-stroke engine, the maximum power of the GB409 reaches 46kW, which can help the drone achieve a faster flight speed and a greater payload. 2. Complete development process. It is fully self-developed in a forward direction and has complete four-level test and verification capabilities (components - system - complete engine - propeller and engine have all been completed). 3. Low cost. The cost is controlled by means of tooling and self-manufacturing of key components. 4. High consistency. From the production source, the consistency of robot assembly to the control of electronically controlled fuel injection, the performance consistency is achieved, realizing the batch consistency. 5. Low fuel consumption. Compared with a two-stroke engine, the cruising fuel consumption of the GB409 is 0.38g/kWh. With the same fuel tank, the cruising range can be increased. 6. The maximum altitude is 5,000 meters. 7. High reliability. Time Between Overhauls (TBO) > 200 hours. It can be applied to unmanned helicopters, swarm drones, vertical takeoff and landing fixed-wing aircraft, compound-wing drones, light delta-wing drones, etc.
