This product is a highly integrated air‑cooled fuel cell system controller (FCU), designed specifically for UAVs with parallel multi‑energy power supply. It integrates three core modules: DCF boost, DCL buck, and logic control. Featuring fault diagnosis and software‑programmable capabilities, it significantly improves system integration and lightweight design, adapting to diverse UAV power supply requirements. DCF Boost Module – Accurately boosts the fuel cell stack voltage (20–50 V) to a 42–60 V bus. It provides hybrid power supply to electronic speed controllers (ESCs), power sources, and maximum power point trackers (MPPTs), ensuring power stability and compatibility. DCL Buck Module – Steps down the bus voltage to stable outputs of 24 V, 12 V, and 8.4 V, fully meeting the differentiated power needs of mission payloads, servos, and other components. Logic Control Module – Integrates temperature/pressure acquisition, PWM drive, and CAN communication functions. It is also equipped with 15‑channel CVM (cell voltage monitoring) for comprehensive system status monitoring, ensuring safe and stable equipment operation.
